You can follow live tracking for every order in your account. Open your orders to see where your delivery is. It's the fastest way to check.

Orders can only be changed within 15 minutes of placing them. Use the link in your order confirmation email to make any changes. After 15 minutes your order is with our warehouse and can no longer be amended.

Cancelling an order is not always possible once it has been placed. If you ask us we will always try our best to accommodate it, but it may not always be possible, especially outside our customer service hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time.
