Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email, this will include your tracking number. Please note that we do not ship orders over the weekend or during UK puplic holidays.

 If your shipping address is to the United States, you will not be charged any extra fees unless your order is over $600.

If your shipping address is to Australia, you will not be charged any extra fees unless your order is over $1000.

For all other countries we ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), therefore any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details on why, or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

Bags by Monty will not be held responsible for orders that get lost due to an incorrect address being input at checkout or for orders that are not collected from your local Post Office in the time frame given by Royal Mail on your tracking information. Orders marked as undelivered will get returned to us via Royal Mail, any cost included will be charged to the customer.
