Brand Content Creator (Remote)

We're looking for a London-based Content Creator to become one of the familiar faces behind MONTY's content. This is a remote role, working away from our Leicestershire office, with most of your time spent creating content in real-life locations across London. Working closely with the founders and Marketing Executive, you'll take a weekly brief from concept to finished content, independently sourcing, styling, filming and editing.

What you'll be doing

• Turning weekly briefs into engaging and product-led content
• Independently planning, filming and editing each concept
• Regularly appearing on camera as a familiar face of MONTY
• Sourcing styling, props and locations that fit the brand
• Managing content purchases, returns and agreed budgets
• Delivering finished edits and organised raw footage
• Keeping on top of trends, platform updates and algorithm changes
• Using performance data to help improve future content

You'll need

• Complete confidence speaking to camera and filming in public
• A strong sense of creative direction and visual storytelling
• A natural eye for colour, styling and composition
• The ability to quickly understand what feels distinctly MONTY
• Strong filming and editing skills using CapCut, Canva or similar
• The confidence to take a brief and run with it
• A reliable and organised approach to deadlines
• A genuine interest in fashion, independent brands and social media

Professional equipment isn't required. A phone, a strong eye and very good creative instincts matter far more to us.
