Brand Content Creator

Full-time · 36.5 hours · London-based Hybrid

We're looking for a London-based Brand Content Creator to become one of the familiar faces and creative minds behind MONTY's social content.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows what makes people stop scrolling and feels completely natural in front of the camera. You'll plan, style, film and edit content, taking ideas from a weekly brief through to finished work that feels distinctly MONTY.

Your week will be split between working from home and creating content across London, with two days spent alongside the MONTY team at our Leicestershire office.

What you'll be doing

• Taking weekly content briefs from concept to completion
• Creating original Reels, Stories, talking videos and product-led content
• Regularly appearing on camera as a familiar face of MONTY
• Independently styling, filming, directing and editing your content
• Sourcing clothing, props and London locations that fit the MONTY aesthetic
• Planning and managing the weekly organic content calendar
• Turning relevant trends into original ideas rather than obvious replicas
• Keeping up with platform updates, algorithm changes and emerging formats
• Reviewing content performance and using the data to improve future ideas
• Organising footage and delivering finished edits alongside reusable raw content

You'll need to be

• Completely comfortable speaking to camera and filming in busy public places
• Highly creative, with a strong sense of direction and visual storytelling
• Instinctively aware of colour, styling, composition and small visual details
• Able to quickly understand MONTY's aesthetic and consistently create within it
• Confident taking a brief and executing it independently
• Skilled in short-form filming and editing using CapCut, Canva or similar tools
• Organised, reliable and comfortable balancing planned work with reactive ideas
• Interested in fashion, independent brands and visual culture
• Happy to work from our Leicestershire office two days each week
• Flexible around occasional shoots, launches and travel
